Why do I ask you to focus on walking in the first place? You do it already, it’s easy to do, you don’t need special equipment to do it. You can do it anywhere, at any time and, if you don’t want people to look at you as you workout, they won’t know you are working out because you are just walking.
Plogging is the new fitness trend coming out of Sweden. Basically, it is picking up litter while out jogging or walking. But it’s much more than that!
The first mention of the activity seems to be back in October 2016, but it’s only in the last few months that plogging has really caught on, with whole groups of mates regularly meeting up to take part in the craze. Not just here but around the world.
